Currently, my highest joy and alignment lives in attunement — through frequency, sound, movement, and deep body listening.
 
Our bodies are always speaking. They show us patterns that need our attention, tenderness, and time.
 
And there is nothing more beautiful than the way sound, movement, color, and grace create a space where all the parts of us
— even the ones that feel separate — can come back into wholeness.  

These intimate 1:1 sessions for adults and young ones are designed as a sanctuary for that remembering.

A SOMATIC JOURNEY INTO REMEMBERING

 What you see in the video is more than movement and color.
It is a he-artistic expression — a somatic, creative ritual I move through
when I’m integrating deep inner shifts and energetic downloads.  

For some, it may appear as tones, shapes, or spontaneous gestures.

For others, it may be felt as frequency, encoding, or inner alchemy.  

For me, it is a sacred dance between:
✨ my nervous system
✨ my DNA and genetic memory
✨ high-priestess / Atlantean templating
✨ Mahatma energy integration
✨ and the tender truths of my inner child  

This practice is how I return my body, mind, and soma into coherence, while expressing what words cannot hold.

It’s where art becomes medicine, movement becomes prayer,
and embodiment becomes remembrance.
